Main Additions

• Introducing the in-game, offline encyclopedia. The encyclopedia has a dual purpose: a game manual and a knowledge repository, where all background concepts will be explained so that you get an intuition of what's happening behind the scenes. This is a work in progress, and it will be continuously updated. You can also check the online version at wiki.financeinteractive.org.
• Several bug fixes.
